Our Dream Sheet

We wanted to inform all of you on the status of our schooling! Brian is at the "beginning of the end" with Primary. He has begun RI's (Radio Instruments) and has just 4 weeks left. This is great! Time has just "flown" by--no pun intended! Soon he should be flying the Bell Ranger Training Helicopter to which he is SUPER excited about. Just recently Brian found out that he will be getting an Academic Achievement Award for doing so well during Primary. This will factors in greatly to his NSS score which determines where Brian and Lexi will be stationed next. Lexi has just under 2 months left at Pensacola School of Massage Therapy and continues to enjoy it as she can now add a new dimension to the biology she learned at Messiah. She graduates on June 12th and hopefully will take her boards and become "Lexi Kudrle LMT" just 2-3 months later. [LMT means Licensed Massage Therapist] She has really been blessed to have her previous bio degree--it helped her sail right through with much time to tend to her wifely duties! Anyway--onto the real reason for the updated blog! We wanted you all to know what our dream sheet is for our future billet. It has already been submitted and we hope to find out by July where we will be stationed next. While it is possible for us to know that soon, we still must stay here until Brian completes Advanced (helicopter training) and possibly 2 months for training in Mobile. Anyway...here is the List starting with 60's (Jayhawks) and then 65's (Dolphins)
CGAS Cape Cod, MA HH-60
CGAS Elizabeth City, NC HH-60
CGAS Astoria, OR HH-60
CGAS San Diego, CA HH-60
CGAS Clearwater, FL HH-60
CGAS Atlantic City, NJ HH-65
CGAS Detroit, MI HH-65
CGAS Traverse City, MI HH-65
CGAS Port Angeles, WA HH-65
CGAS North Bend, OR HH-65
CGAS Savannah, GA HH-65
CGAS Humbolt Bay, CA HH-65
CGAS Corpus Christi, TX HH-65
CGAS Houston, TX HH-65
CGAS Barbers Point, HI HH-65
CGAS Los Angeles, CA HH-65
CGAS San Francisco, CA HH-65
CGAS New Orleans, LA HH-65
CGAS Miami, FL HH-65
CGAS Borinquen, PR HH-65

As you can see there are WAY more 65 stations; however the Alaska stations for the Jayhawks are not on there because Brian needs to become an Aircraft Commander before he is able to fly there as the conditions are so extreme. Becomming and Aircraft Commander usually takes 4 years and should be done by the end of our next duty station. Hope this peaks your interest as many people continue to ask us where we plan on going next. This is simply the order to which we desire to be stationed, nothing is set in stone yet!
