I love this. Only a Daddy would take on a sinking raft, a Roni, and a seahorse for some time with his princess.
My budding hockey player!
Lessons with Miss Kirsten...she is intense! I LOVE her!
I love Brian's face here. After a while of waiting, some trials in our lives, and a faith walk that stretched us to our max...COMFORT, CONTENTMENT, PEACE. Thank you Jesus for all these gifts, and also for Hannah.
These pictures are from our yearly trip to a local National Cemetery on Memorial Day. We can't go tomorrow because Brian is headed out for 3 weeks of training, so we made it out today (Sunday). A snapshot of our day out includes decorating some graves that have not had a visitor, fixing any flags that have fallen, looking for local Coast Guard men and women, finding the oldest stone/birth date and praying for the families that have lost their service member as well as our nation. It is a sweet time while we teach our children about their nation's roots and instill pride in their hearts for the American Warrior. This is Baypines National Cemetery.
Brooke asked for my camera to take some pictures. Remembering that she is more important than my camera I took a deep breath and handed it over. I am impressed. I did a tiny bit of editing (cropping mostly). Check out my budding photographer:
Brooke took this picture...
And this one...
this one too...
Yup...you got it, Brooke took this one too!
Another "World According to Brookie" shot
The love of her heart...Daddy, a man who models Jesus so greatly to her that she knows Him so well and loves Him so much also.
OK, back to me, I took these!
This is what I get when I say "Strike a Pose"
It didn't take her long to figure this one out. Sigh...she's 2 going on 12!
Yup ya'll we live in GATORVILLE, USA!
Anything to make his tiny princess smile!
